While we do not operate the venue itself, we love catering for weddings held there and can point you in the right direction to book.

Our Wedding Buffet Menu

Our finger buffets are easy to eat and full of flavour. The price per head includes 4 half sandwiches or wraps, 3 savoury items, and 2 sweet treats.

Sandwiches and Wraps

Choose up to 4 fillings. Served with salad garnishes. Wraps include lettuce and salad inside.

  • Sandwiches or half Baguettes: Ham and Mustard, Beef and Horseradish, Coronation Chicken, Egg Mayonnaise and watercress, Cheese and onion Savoury, Smoked Salmon and Zesty Cream Cheese, Hummus, green pepper and carrot (Vegan).
  • Wraps: Chicken Tikka, Mango Chutney and Sweet Pepper; Prawn, Avocado and Wasabi Lettuce Wraps; Ham, coleslaw and cheese; Ham, Mayo and Salad; Tuna Mayo and Red Onion; Cheese and Chutney with salad (Vegetarian); Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil (Vegetarian); Hummus, Olive and Peppers (Vegan).

Premium Additions

  • Cheeseboard or Charcuterie Selection: Quality cheeses or deli meats served with crackers, crusty bread and butter, homemade chutney and fresh fruit. Extra £5.00 per person (or a mixture of cheese and deli meats for £7.50 per person).
  • Fresh Fruit Platter: A refreshing option that is always very popular. £4.00 per head.
  • Two Farmers Crisp Drum: 500g of locally produced crisps, lightly salted (Serves 20). £15.00.

Booking and Delivery Questions

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver directly to your venue within the Wyre Forest area, covering postcodes DY12, DY13, DY14, DY11, and DY10. There is an additional fee starting at £15.00 for delivery, subject to availability. You can also collect your catering order from The Garden Kitchen at Bewdley Museum (DY12 2AE).

How do I secure a booking?

Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 10% non refundable deposit. Until we receive this deposit, your order is not confirmed, and we cannot hold your date.

When do I need to pay?

After the initial 10% deposit, we need you to confirm your menu and guest numbers along with a 40% payment no later than 31 days before the event. The final 50% balance is due 0 to 14 days before the date.

Can you provide a custom quote?

Yes. We understand that every wedding is different, and we are very happy to provide a quote that fits your exact budget and needs.
