Our Terms & Conditions cover bookings, cancellations, catering deposits, allergens, and how we handle customer complaints.

Welcome to The Garden Kitchen. By using our services, placing an order, or visiting our café, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Information

The Garden Kitchen is operated by Sarah Billett Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to all orders, bookings, and services provided by The Garden Kitchen.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept payments via card (in-store and over the phone) and cash in the café.

  • Catering & Large Orders: A 10% deposit is required to secure catering bookings.
  • Hampers: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Catering Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit. If a booking is not cancelled by the day of the event, full payment will still be required.
  • Hampers: Deposits for hampers are non-refundable once ordered.

4. Booking & Reservations

  • We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for catering orders. This may vary depending on the type of order and the number of guests.
  • We do not accept reservations for tables in the café.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take all reasonable steps to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies or dietary requirements must inform a member of staff when placing an order.

6. Website Content & Third-Party Links

We are happy for customers to share and reuse our images and content with credit to The Garden Kitchen. However, we are not responsible for any third-party links or embedded content (e.g., Google Maps, social media feeds) on our website.

7. Liability & Complaints

  • If you have a concern about your food or service, please speak to a member of staff at the time, and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • We try to keep all website information accurate and up to date, but menu items, prices, and other details are subject to change.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
