At The Garden Kitchen, our cakes are homemade in our Bewdley kitchen using good ingredients, including real butter and fresh eggs. Enjoy a slice with coffee when you visit, or ask us about ordering a whole cake for a birthday, celebration or special occasion.
Homemade Cakes from Our Kitchen
Our cake stand changes regularly, depending on what has been baked and what is in season. You will usually find a mixture of familiar favourites and something a little different, from Victoria sponge and chocolate cake to lemon drizzle, carrot cake and seasonal bakes.
We do not try to keep the same selection every day. Part of the pleasure is seeing what is on the stand when you arrive.

Freshly Made, with a Changing Selection
Our cakes are made in small batches rather than for mass production. That means the choice can change through the week and popular cakes may sell out.
If there is something particular you are hoping for, you are welcome to get in touch before making a special journey, although we cannot always guarantee what will be available on the day.
Ordering a Whole Cake
If you would like a whole homemade cake for a birthday, afternoon tea, family gathering or simply because you fancy one, please contact us through our Get in Touch page.
Give us as much notice as you can and tell us the date you need the cake, the approximate number of people you are serving and any preferences you have. We will confirm what we can make, our availability and the price before the order is agreed.

Our kitchen is small and handles flour and other allergens throughout the day, so cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out. Bought-in gluten-free cakes may also be available, subject to availability. Please read our allergen information for further guidance.
