Allergen Information
We strive to accommodate dietary needs, but as our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a food allergy, please let us know when ordering, and we’ll do our best to help.

Your safety is important to us. At The Garden Kitchen, we take allergens seriously and want to ensure that every customer has the information they need to make informed choices about their food.
Understanding Our Kitchen Environment
Our dishes are made fresh in a small, busy kitchen where a wide range of ingredients are handled daily, including gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame, soya, and other allergens. While we follow best practices to minimise cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform our team when ordering. We are happy to provide information on ingredients and discuss possible adjustments where feasible.
Allergen Guidance for Our Menu
We offer a variety of dishes, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free-friendly options, but these are prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes. Some key allergen considerations include:
- Breakfast: Our cooked breakfasts contain ingredients such as eggs, dairy, and gluten. We offer a vegan breakfast with scrambled tofu, which avoids dairy and eggs.
- Sandwiches & Hot Food: Bread, pastry, and sausage rolls contain gluten. We may have gluten-free bread available—please ask.
- Cakes & Bakes: Many of our cakes contain eggs, dairy, and gluten. Some may contain nuts.
- Hot Drinks: We offer oat and soya milk as dairy-free alternatives.
Important Notes
- We follow strict food safety guidelines, but due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contact.
- Some suppliers may change ingredients without notice—please check with us each time you visit.
- For severe allergies, we advise extreme caution when dining with us.
Talk to Us
