Booking and Delivery Questions

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver directly to your home or venue within the Wyre Forest area, covering postcodes DY12, DY13, DY14, DY11, and DY10. There is an additional fee starting at £15.00 for delivery, subject to availability. You can also collect your catering order from The Garden Kitchen at Bewdley Museum (DY12 2AE).

How do I secure a booking?

Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 10% non refundable deposit. Until we receive this deposit, your order is not confirmed, and we cannot hold your date.

When do I need to pay?

After the initial 10% deposit, we need you to confirm your menu and guest numbers along with a 40% payment no later than 31 days before the event. The final 50% balance is due 0 to 14 days before the date.
