Bewdley Festival is sharing the joy of reading with families across the Wyre Forest through the return of the annual Step Into Stories event.
Taking place on Saturday 25th April 2026, this one day festival brings a host of children’s authors, poets, storytellers, and illustrators to Bewdley Museum and various other venues across the town. Accessibility is a key aim of the festival, so the programme includes a mixture of paid and free events designed to offer something for all ages.
Refreshments at The Garden Kitchen
The Garden Kitchen is open throughout the festival to keep little bookworms and their parents fuelled.
We will be serving our daily menu, including:
- Freshly baked cakes and scones
- Homemade soup and sandwiches
