Music in the Gardens: The Severn Wonderers

A free afternoon of live music in the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens with The Severn Wonderers on 16 August 2026, held in association with Bewdley Dementia Awareness Day.

Enjoy an afternoon of free live music in the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens on Sunday 16th August 2026. Local band The Severn Wonderers will be performing from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

The band consists of Graham, Jeb, and Karl, who bring their own musical style to a setlist that sails through the decades, featuring hits from The Beatles to Van Morrison. They encourage all ages and abilities to sing, dance, and make a wonderful noise in the gardens.

Bewdley Dementia Awareness Day

This performance is held in association with the newly formed Bewdley Dementia Support Group to raise awareness for dementia. Following a successful debut last year, the town will host a family fun day with a feel good atmosphere. The day features entertainment, singing, and dancing, with local stores participating alongside activities at the front of the museum.

Refreshments at The Garden Kitchen

The Garden Kitchen café will be open throughout the afternoon. Visitors are welcome to bring picnic chairs and enjoy the music with our standard menu of homemade cakes, barista coffee, and fresh lunches.

Visit the Bewdley Museum website for further information.
