Careers at The Garden Kitchen

We’re proud to have a dedicated, friendly team here at The Garden Kitchen. Our staff stay with us for a reason – it’s a welcoming place to work, built on mutual respect, teamwork, and a shared passion for fresh, locally sourced food.

At the moment, we’re fully staffed and not actively recruiting for any new roles. That said, things can change quickly in hospitality, and we’re always flattered when people ask about joining our team.

Please Note

We don’t keep CVs on file. As a small business, we’re committed to protecting your personal data, and that means complying with the UK GDPR. Holding on to CVs when there’s no active recruitment puts your data at unnecessary risk – and we don’t think that’s fair to you.

Why People Keep Coming Back

“An excellent lunch”

"We went on Sunday for lunch with some friends who were visiting Bewdley. The food was excellent and our friend who is vegan was very pleased with how well they accommodated this and how much choice there was for a vegan meal. A really pleasant lunchtime with friendly , helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this cafe for a nice relaxing experience with tasty food and good coffee."
